Born and bred here in beautiful East Lothian, I was always keen to get away and explore the world at every opportunity – with camera close to hand to capture exciting travels. After living in Australia for many years, I now live back ‘home’ in Gullane with my husband and our two girls, appreciating more than ever what I always had on my doorstep.
Photography has always been such a big part of my life and turning it into a business in 2011 was a dream come true.
I love photographing people and I feel so lucky to have been able to use my first hand experience as a Mum and business owner over the years to take photographs for hundreds of families, couples and businesses. Catching those laughs and smiles as families spend special time together. Precious newborn and baby moments that pass too quickly. Witnessing couples celebrate their love for one another and working with inspirational business owners.
Whether you are after photos for your family or business, my aim is to make sessions as relaxed and natural as possible and put you at ease in order to capture the real you and create beautiful images I hope you’ll love.
I am a mobile photographer covering East Lothian and Edinburgh, so travel to your home or work environment or meet you at one of our many beautiful beaches, parks or woods.
Capturing families while they spend quality time together – away from the distractions of everyday life – is very special. Be it for your immediate family or to include Grandparents, siblings and cousins - or even celebrate a significant birthday or anniversary - every family session is tailored to accommodate your requirements. When it comes to business photography, I cover all aspects from headshots to product shots. But what I love most is having the opportunity to create a range of lifestyle images in order to bring you, your products and services to life to really help you sell your business – and brand – to your customers.
I remind myself every day how extremely fortunate I am to do what I love for a living and be able to meet so many wonderful people.
